Integrative Massage is a unique blending of therapeutic massage techniques to deliver purposeful healing touch that is specific to the clients’ personal needs. The goal is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. It is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and restores function to the body. Each massage includes the use of Doterra essential oils if desired.

AromaTouch Technique combines the unique benefits of human touch with the power of essential oils. It involves applying 8 different Doterra essential oils in a specific order to the back. It helps reduce stress, strengthen the immune system, healthy inflammatory response and homeostasis in the body. This also includes a 15 minute back massage!

Lymphatic Drainage uses gentle strokes, movements and soft “pumping” to help the circulation of lymph fluid throughout the body. A lymphatic massage can be used to reduce fluid retention and swelling from an illness or post-surgery. Lymphatic massage can also help detoxify your body, improve your immune system, and great for relaxation as well.

Cupping therapy is an alternative therapy originating in China that uses suction to pull skin, muscles, and tissue upwards. Cupping raises the underlying tissue into the cup. Cupping therapy offers relief from many health issues, recovery from athletics, and promotes relaxation. Cupping is designed to help your body to facilitate it’s healing with stimulating blood flow, reduce muscle tension, increase circulation and remove toxins lingering in your tissues.
